affordable concierge services. Good Times Concierge is simply the modern 

answer to today's dilemma of too much to do and not enough time to do it.

We have an affordable monthly membership for the busy bee starting at:

$450/Month, this includes all our services.

If you are looking for short-term arrangements, we charge a flat fee of:

$25/hour with a 1 hour minimum.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept cash, money orders, checks and traveler checks.

Terms and Conditions

Payments

Minimum of one hour charged for all services completed. Fees calculated by 15 minutes intervals after first hour. 
Special occasion and holiday planning and coordination services are billed at $50.00 per hour.
Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. All hourly services are paid in advance by cash, check, credit card or money order, payable to Good Times Concierge. Services scheduled with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $50 additional fee and do not include charges for third party vendors.
All unused hours of monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour started. Hours not used will be forfeited on the 31st day.
All jobs requiring two people (i.e. heavy item lifting) will be billed at time and a half. 
All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 12 miles of travel. Travel over 12 miles will be billed at the rate of $.50 per mile.

Any transportation of pets requires suitable carrier and proof of vaccinations.

Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled service will result in $50 fee. The full price of services being charged if failure to provide any notice of cancellation.

Special scheduling required outside of our regular business hours may be arranged and will be assessed a $30 convenience fee each day in addition to regular fees

Privacy Policy

All personal and credit card information collected by Good Times Concierge will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. We will never disclose to a third part, except for the purposes of completing the client’s financial obligation to Good Times Concierge.

Holiday and weekend services will exceed normal hourly rates.

We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered.
